The Poona Hoteliers Association’s (PHA) Seminar Committee organised a session on 28th June, 2018 on ‘F&B Cost Management’ by Alouk Mishra, CEO, Foodesign Systems Associates. The event was held by The E-Square Hotel at Pune’s Shivajinagar.
63 participants from member hotels and hotel management institutes attended the session. These included professionals from Ambrosia Resort & Spa, Double Tree by Hilton, Fort Jadhavgadh, Hyatt Regency, Hotel Woodland, Holiday Inn, Keys Select Hotel, The O Hotels, The Corinthians Resort & Club, The Westin, Vivanta by Taj Blue Diamond, The E-Suare Hotel, ITC Fortune Select, Dasave, The Pride Hotel, Royal Orchid Golden Suites, Utsav Deluxe, Caspia Hotel. The member institutes who sent representative were MSIHMCT, AISSMS, MA Rangaonwala IHCT, and DY Patil IHM.
The profile of the attendees included stores manager, purchase manager, finance managers, chefs, restaurant managers, F&B professionals and hotel operation managers.
