The Oberoi Group has appointment Amrita Bhalla as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources.
Bhalla will be responsible for the group’s global human resources function including the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development.
Bhalla will be responsible to P.R.S. Oberoi, Chairman, The Oberoi Group.
She will also work closely with Liam Lambert, President, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Rattan Keswani, President, Trident Hotels. She will be based at The Group’s Corporate Office in New Delhi.
Bhalla’s experience in global human resources spans across North America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia. Most recently, she was the Director, Recruitment and Development for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, based at their Corporate Office in Toronto, Canada. She was responsible for senior management recruitment and learning and development.
