K Hospitality Corp marks a major milestone as its joint venture with SSP Group plc, Travel Food Services (TFS), officially listed on the BSE and NSE today.
TFS shares open strong at ₹1,100 per share
TFS shares were priced at the upper end of the price band at Rs 1,100, which would imply a valuation of ₹14,485 crore for the company. The initial public offering consisted of an offer for sale (OFS) of shares valued at ₹2,000 crore by the Kapur Family Trust (K Hospitality), and had the backing of large global and Indian investors such as ICICI Prudential, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Axis Asset Management, Fidelity, Government Pension Fund Global (Norges), Kotak Mahindra Asset Management, amongst others.

TFS, the group’s travel food services vertical with SSP Group, leads India’s fast-growing airport travel QSR and lounge sectors by revenue (FY25). Its successful listing marks a new growth chapter for TFS and reinforces K Hospitality’s focus on building scalable, future-ready businesses shaping India’s food and hospitality landscape.
