HVS new vertical to aid hotel owners increase ROI

HVS, world’s leading hospitality consulting and services organization provides a variety of services to the hospitality industry. With global brands expanding their portfolio in the country, it has become all the more important to bridge the ever-existing gap between the owner and the operator, and ensure alignment of interests resulting in optimal performance of the asset. This has led to Hotel Asset Management being looked at as a natural solution and HVS, with its newest vertical aims to explore this opportunity.

HVS Asset Management and Strategic Advisory brings with it strong operational experience, understanding of hotel market dynamics, expansive database of operational and investment benchmarks, and keen awareness of value-drivers for a hotel property.
