Delhi Leela Palace named

The Leela Palace New Delhi was today named as one of the best hotels in the world by Robb Report — the first time an Indian property has received the accolade.
Tamir Kobrin, the hotel’s general manager, said after the magazine’s “Best of the Best” awards ceremony: “We are delighted to be the only hotel in India named as one of the world’s best hotels by Robb Report. With just one year of operation under our belt, this is just the beginning.”
The Leela Palace has also received the following awards over the last 12 months: “Best Hotel Restaurant in India” by Travel + Leisure, South Asia; “Readers’ Choice Best Hotel in New Delhi” by DestinAsian magazine; “Best Hotels around the World” by the Tatler Travel Guide and “Best Business Hotel” by Wallpaper UK.
