Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway has appointed Vikalp Raj as Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to this, he was with JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru where he joined as director of sales and was involved in all stages through pre-opening, during the launch and post-launch of the property. Subsequently, he was promoted as the director of sales and marketing, and played a crucial role in developing marketing communication activities and providing customer intelligence in evaluating market and economic trends, executing customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty programme. Raj has over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing domain with commendable knowledge and expertise.
