Much like sommeliers presents wine, the welcome drink offered by the therapist is an elixir – that lets you drift towards foot cleansing ritual. For example, few welcome drink that we serve to our guest in the spa are – tulsi green tea, lemon & ginger water and many more welcome herbal drinks.

2. The trend that guests love is the foot ritual that is carried out by our therapists. A refreshing sea salt scrub helps in easing muscle cramps and stimulates and soothes the senses.

3.      Another experience is by the usage of chimes, for cleansing any negative energy and is also beneficial in healing.

4.      Aroma oils have therapeutic benefits – Mysore sandalwood soothes and relaxes whilst de-stressing; lime and ginger uplift and detoxify; and eucalyptus and black pepper are very good for muscle soreness.

5.      Inclusion of breathing exercises play a vital role. Be it jet lags or soreness in the muscles, deep breathing enables the brain to stay relaxed which definitely encourages healing and lets you gain the optimal benefits of your massage.
