Topping the list is Surabaya, Indonesia, with an average room rate of just ₹3,037 per night*, making it a prime choice for travellers keen to soak up local heritage and adventure on a budget.
Following closely behind are Tirupati, India, and Hat Yai, Thailand, which round out the top three with average room rates of ₹3,211 and ₹3,385 per night, respectively.
