ELIVAAS, the luxury villa rental brand, has unveiled expansion plans to surpass 500 properties by Q2, with a vision to scale to over 1,000 properties soon and make its international debut by the end of the year. Founded in 2023, the brand has experienced aggressive expansion across prime destinations.
A growing presence in India’s top destinations
With a strong presence across six states, ELIVAAS already operates more than 400 properties in some of India’s most sought-after locations – Goa, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Its portfolio consists of ELIVAAS Privé, ELIVAAS, and Alaya Stays collections, catering luxury villa to leisure travellers, corporate guests, and spiritual tourists alike.
Expanding across South India and into corporate travel
With upcoming launches in Bangalore, Karnataka, and Kerala, ELIVAAS is set to enter a new phase. The brand is adding over 50 new properties every month, further strengthening its market presence. The recent launch of Miyabi Suites in Gurgaon marks ELIVAAS’ entry into the corporate travel space, and its spiritual tourism includes an upcoming eco-resort in Banaras powered entirely by solar energy.
Innovation, sustainability, and guest satisfaction at the core
Ritwik Khare, Founder and CEO of ELIVAAS, shared his vision, stating: “Our vision is not just about increasing numbers; it’s about redefining travel experiences. ELIVAAS is more than just luxury stays—it’s about curating immersive, high-quality escapes that seamlessly blend culture and comfort. As we cross 500 properties, innovation, sustainability, and guest satisfaction remain at the heart of everything we do. Our expansion is not just about scale; it’s about crafting destinations that reflect the evolving aspirations of today’s travelers.”
