Lemon Tree Hotels announced its latest signing – Lemon Tree Hotel, Zirakpur, Punjab. The property is expected to be operational by Q2 of FY 2027 and shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
The property will feature 80 well-appointed rooms, banquets, a conference room, a restaurant, a fitness center and other public areas.
Zirakpur has become a thriving business hub, attracting various industries and commercial ventures due to its strategic location and availability of land. The hotel is connected by both public and private transport from all major cities in India.
