New Executive chef for Zuri White Sands

Chef Yann Chretien has been appointed as the Executive Chef of the Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino.

A French national, Chef Yann comes with immense experience in the Food & Beverage industry and has travelled the globe.

A graduate from Brevet des Colleges, Chef Yann has further studied at Storck Hotel School, France and Southborne School of English.

This is his first time in India. Chef Yann’s role as Executive Chef will be extended to developing new concepts for all F&B Outlets, ensuring strict adherence to HACCP standards and the introduction of international level staff training programmes.

Yann began his career in 1987 in Germany and moved on to work in UK, after which he was in Vietnam for the last 9 years.
Prior to joining Zuri White Sands, he has worked with Sofitel Plaza, Hanoi, Victoria Group and Isrotel, Israel.
