Marking International Women’s Day, Moxy Bengaluru Airport Prestige Tech Cloud in collaboration with She for Society and Sakhi Auto, brought together an inspiring community of women bikers for a morning dedicated to empowerment, solidarity, and purpose-driven dialogue.
Women riders driving social awareness
The initiative welcomed members of She for Society, a women-led NGO powered by passionate bikers who ride with a purpose, championing social awareness and community engagement through their journeys on the road. As part of the celebration, 120 women were hosted at the hotel for a specially curated breakfast experience, creating a warm space for conversation, connection, and shared stories of resilience.
Celebrating women supporting women
Beyond the gathering itself, the collaboration highlighted the powerful spirit of women supporting women. Through their collective work, the participating organizations aim to spotlight how communities can come together to amplify voices, inspire change, and build networks of support that extend far beyond a single day of celebration.
Conversations on empowerment and safety
The morning also featured a panel discussion with Wing Commander (Dr) Priti Kalani (Retd), Indian Air Force veteran and doctor, and Dr. Shubhamangala Sunil, cybersecurity expert, moderated by Anuradha Venkat, Captain of Moxy. The conversation addressed women’s empowerment, focusing on opportunities, safety, representation, unconventional careers, digital risks, cybersecurity, financial independence, mentorship, and building a more supportive environment for women.
