The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences appoints Meenakshi Prabhakar as the newly appointed Human Resources Director.
Prabhakar carries an extensive 31 years of HR experience. Prior to joining The Leela Family, she was associated with various reputed brands, including ITC Welcome Group, The Oberoi New Delhi, Radisson Hotel Worldwide, the Grand Hyatt Delhi, Sita World Travel, and Kuoni.
She holds an MSc in Psychology, a Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, and has shared her expertise with prestigious brands.
The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences believes that Prabhakar will assume a pivotal role in human resources, leading strategically and implementing a comprehensive HR approach across the group, which will consistently support and enhance the hotel’s broader business strategy by fostering the growth and well-being of its entire workforce.
