Mayur brings with him 15 years of enriching experience in challenging Food and Beverage (F&B) stream roles. He began his journey with the IHG Family in the month of August 2022 and has worked at Marriott and Radisson Red Chandigarh Mohali before taking on his latest role at Holiday inn Chandigarh Zirakpur.
A passionate hotelier with wide-spread experience and an impeccable work ethic, Mayur, in his current role, is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the operations, maximizing the F&B revenues, introducing new F&B concepts and elevating the dining experience for guests, ensuring synergy between, and maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
His business acumen is driven by a strong commitment towards operational excellence.
Apart from his passion for food and hospitality industry Mayur likes to play cricket and loves to travel, occasionally enjoys cooking and love to prepare exotic cocktails for his friends and family.
