Hyatt Regency Thrissur announced the appointment of Lovely Kumari as the Front Office Manager. She brings with her nearly seven years of hospitality experience where she will lead the entire Front Office operations to maintain high standards consistent with the brand standard.
Lovely Kumari has previously worked with prestigious groups like Marriott, Hilton, Le Meridien Novotel and has joined Hyatt Regency Thrissur from Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur, where her last assignment was as Deputy Front Office Manager. She has won various awards like Business Council India Award-J W Marriott, Guest Voice Champion of the year, Social Media Champion of the year, Brilliant host of the year and many more.
Lovely possesses a strong sense of responsibility and during her stint she specialized in handling various front office and guest relation operations. Efficient team management has been an asset in her career to contribute managerial and leadership skills. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu. She loves interacting with people and loves to explore various dimensions of culture and fashion.
