Le Meridien, Jaipur Resort and Spa has announced the appointment of Hemant Kumar as Chief Engineer. He will be responsible for the efficient operations of engineering and to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction, sustainability and safety standards.
Hemant is a hands-on hotel engineer who is proficient in handling people and products effectively in each and every situation and sector of engineering operations through his immense experience and leadership skills. He brings with him 8 years of rich experience in Hospitality Maintenance department and has worked with various leading star categories of hotels. Hemant began his career at Taj Hotels Gurugram and since then has held multiple level position with eminent brands such as The Oberoi, and various brand of Marriott International, JW Marriott, Courtyard, Le meridian and Sheraton hotels. His last assignment was with Leela Ambience Gurugram hotel and Residences.
As an engineering leader, Hemant will be focused on breakdown free engineering operations and implementation of preventive maintenance plans and strategizing the engineering operation till bottom line.
