La Vie Hotels & Resorts Sri Lanka appoints Kristofer Quadros as its new Cluster General Manager. With more than 25 years of management experience across the globe including Maldives, Dubai, and Indonesia, Kristofer’s new position sees him responsible for managing the strategic performance and operations of Radisson Hotel Colombo, Radisson Blu Resort Galle, and Radisson Hotel Kandy while managing more than 500 staff across the three properties.
“Having worked with international brands and asset management companies in the past, I’m excited to apply my acquired skills to bring growth to La Vie Hotels & Resorts, a pioneer of the independent, third-party management model across Asia Pacific. There is a real need for third-party management providers in our region as owners are actively looking for alternatives, and La Vie has the platform to support them.
In my day-to-day role, one of my key priorities will be driving overall hotel performance with a focus on F&B venues, events, and offerings at our current Radisson Hotels in Sri Lanka,” Kristofer said.
“I’ll also focus on developing more sustainable operations, refining the already customer-centric mindset, and capitalizing on the ever-increasing number of tourist arrivals into Sri Lanka while growing the domestic market,” he concluded.
Prior to his appointment, Krisofer spent time as General Manager of Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa and Cluster Hotel Manager of JA Resorts & Hotels in Dubai in addition to managing the pre-opening of several luxury hotels and resorts in the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India.
