IHM Mumbai, also known as “Dadar Catering College,” unveiled its Coffee Table Book titled “The Legends of IHM Mumbai,” featuring over 70 distinguished alumni. The launch event took place at the iconic Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai and was graced by The Honourable Minister of Tourism, Govt. of Maharashtra, Shambhuraj Desai, along with celebrity chef Ranveer Brar, Principal of IHM Pusa, Kamal Kant Pant, and Principal of IHM Mumbai, Dr Nisheeth Srivastava.
A Star-Studded Gathering Celebrating Academic Excellence and Legacy
The launch was attended by prominent figures from the hospitality industry, including Shashank Warty (Ex Senior VP, IHCL), Mohan Kumar P K (Ex MD and CEO IHCL), Kanika Hasrat (Senior Regional Director Operations South Asia-Hilton), Stephen Beale (Vice President Operations Mayfair Hotels & Resorts), and several others from leading hotels and resorts. Additionally, Michelin-star Chef Manoj Vasaikar, Chef Paul Noronha (Executive Chef- ITC Maratha), and several entrepreneurs from the hospitality community added to the glamour of the event.

The event also highlighted the strong legacy of IHM Mumbai, with a nod to past and present faculty members such as S.L. Dhargalkar, A.K. Singh, Sanjeev Kacker, Aileen Sequeira, and many others who have contributed to shaping the institution’s success.
