The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) announces the opening of Naukuchia House – IHCL SeleQtions in Uttarakhand. Nestled at an elevation of over 4,000 feet in the Kumaon foothills of the Himalayas, the charming retreat is set against the backdrop of the picturesque Naukuchiatal Lake.

Set along the serene shores of the famed Naukuchiatal Lake, the 42-key Naukuchia House – IHCL SeleQtions is surrounded by mist-laden forests and the pristine, spring-fed mountain lake. The resort’s signature dining experiences include Ija, an all-day restaurant with alfresco seating, offering authentic Kumaoni flavors alongside a curated multi-cuisine selection, and Himmaleh, a lounge and bar designed for unwinding in an atmosphere of understated elegance, inspired by the Himalayas. A specialty restaurant also offers breathtaking views of the lake.

Guests can relax at the temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool, rejuvenate at the luxurious spa, or enjoy exclusive access to Naukuchiatal Lake. Other immersive experiences at the resort include forest bathing, stargazing, private picnics, and nature trails like the Ghanta Devi trail.
