Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort welcomes Pradeep Rawat as new Executive Chef

He joins the hotel from Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar, Maharashtra, where he served as Executive Chef

Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort announces the appointment of Chef Pradeep Rawat as the Executive Chef. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the GIHM in Almora, Uttarakhand.

General Manager of Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, Utsa Majumder, expresses, “We are ecstatic to have Chef Pradeep Rawat to lead our talented and creative culinary team at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort. I am very much confident that he is going to set the bar high for himself and the team as a mentor and leader.”

In 2006, he began his career as a commis chef at the Trident Hilton Chennai, followed by a lateral assignment at the Country Inn and Suites by Carlson. Then, in 2011, he was appointed Chef De Partie at the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa. During his tenure, he was promoted to Junior Sous Chef. In 2014, he took up his international assignment at Sun Siyam Iru Fushi Spa and Resorts in the Maldives.

He later rejoined Marriott, this time at the JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, where he held multiple positions from Junior Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef and had enthralling experience of seven years.
