In a wide-scope company growth initiative, HotelKey, a world leader in hospitality management software, announced the addition of Harish Chandra to its accomplished international team.
With a track record spanning nearly three decades of expertise in the Information Communication Technology (ICT) sector and Digital, Harish Chandra is set to steer the organization’s technological innovation and strategic growth efforts as the new Managing Director, Technology.
In April, a partnership between HotelKey and Hilton was announced. HotelKey also serves large brands such as G6 Hospitality, Extended Stay America, and Red Roof. Moreover, HotelKey collaborates with an impressive array of hotel groups, each contributing to the platform’s dynamic ecosystem.
Chandra possesses a robust skill set in designing technology-driven business solutions and digitalization that optimize resource utilization, align with strategic goals, and drive pivotal initiatives. He has spearheaded the deployment of digital services and guest-facing systems in more than 70 properties which included distinguished properties, such as The Park Chennai, Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa (now known as ITC Grand Goa), Le Royal Meridien Mumbai (Now known as Hilton Mumbai International Airport), IHG – Crowne Plaza Gurgaon and Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere, Lusaka and many others.
His international experience, particularly in the Middle East, underscores his expertise in implementing PMS/POS solutions for clients across UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Yemen. As CTO at Sarovar Hotels, Harish led ICT planning for 95+ hotels, managing IT costs and operations for properties in South Asia and Africa.
A frequent participant and moderator of discussions in hospitality and travel industry forums, Harish Chandra also serves as a jury member for various industry awards.
