JW Marriott Pune is pleased to announce the appointment of Ganeshan Maniyan as the Director of Operations for the hotel. Ganeshan is a passionate and driven hotelier with over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Ganeshan earlier held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at the hotel. He spearheaded Food and Beverage operations, guest experiences and also orchestrated successful Food and Beverage concepts for the various Food and Beverage outlets across the hotel.
Speaking about his appointment, Ganeshan will be leading the hotel operations, ensuring high-levels of customer satisfaction, enhancing customer experiences, maximizing hotel revenue, build innovative cost effective strategies and achieve award-winning excellence with his team.
Ganeshan started his Marriott journey with Renaissance Mumbai Convention Center and Hotel in 2004.

In his downtime, he enjoys cycling, playing soccer and is also an avid melophile.
