Shashank Pathak comes with an extensive experience of 11 years across various luxury, lifestyle and business hotels.
Prior to Joining Fairfield by Marriott, Shashank has also worked with brands like Holiday Inn, Marriott Resort and Spa Goa as an Assistant Front Office Manager, Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn as a Front Office Manager.
He has also been associated with the Radisson Hotel Group. In his current role, he will be instrumental in processes like managing the execution of all operations in rooms department, focusing of guest satisfaction and delight and maximizing the financial performance for the hotel.
