The EazyDiner Foodie Awards marked a milestone this year with their first-ever edition in Jaipur, hosted at the regal Fairmont Jaipur, a venue befitting the scale and stature of the event. The Jaipur Edition of the awards continued EazyDiner’s legacy of recognising excellence in the food and hospitality sector, this time, bringing its spotlight to the Pink City.
Honouring food and hospitality visionaries
The Jaipur edition carried forward this tradition, recognising restaurants, chefs, hoteliers, and entrepreneurs who have meaningfully contributed to the region’s vibrant and evolving food scene. Award categories presented through the evening ranged from Best Indian Restaurant to Sweet Haven of Jaipur to Hotel of the Year, among many more.
Among the key honorees of the night were Ratan Sharma, who received the ‘Maharaja for Modern Hospitality’ award for his role in shaping India’s luxury hospitality landscape through iconic properties like Fairmont Jaipur and Raffles Udaipur.
His work has redefined ultra-luxury travel in India. Tarun Kumar Bansal, Managing Director of Arya Niwas Hospitality, was named ‘Sutradhar of Rajasthan’s Living Heritage’ for championing sustainable tourism and preserving the state’s cultural identity through his portfolio of heritage hotels. Rajat Sethi, General Manager of Fairmont Jaipur, was awarded ‘General Manager of the Year’ for his dynamic leadership and decades of experience across top-tier properties like ITC Grand Bharat.
A celebration of culinary culture
Speaking about the success of EazyDiner Foodie Awards, Kapil Chopra, Founder, EazyDiner said, “Jaipur is a city rooted in tradition yet brimming with culinary innovation. The Foodie Awards are not just about recognising excellence in hospitality — they are about capturing a city’s relationship with food. Bringing these awards to Jaipur is our way of celebrating a region that has long set the bar for food that is both soulful and spectacular.”
Partners and participation
The evening saw participation from leading voices in the F&B industry across the country, as well as prominent figures from Jaipur’s own culinary community. The event was supported by HSBC Bank as the official banking partner, alongside Dewar’s as beverage partner and Fairmont Jaipur as hospitality partner. EazyDiner Foodie Awards, Jaipur edition would not be possible without the valuable support of its partners, including HSBC, Fairmont, and Dewar’s.
