India’s first Radisson RED hotel, Radisson RED Chandigarh Mohali has announced the appointment of Chef Jagmeet Singh as Executive Chef.
Jagmeet Singh is responsible for leading kitchen operations, mentoring the kitchen team and managing all the food and beverage outlets of the hotel.
An Institute of Hotel Management, Gwalior graduate, Jagmeet has over two decades of extensive culinary experience. He has worked his way through culinary discipline holding various positions across leading brands such as Burj-al-Arab-Dubai, Marriott, Leela, Shangri-La, amongst others. In his new role, he is spearheading the multicuisine restaurant- Redhaba, the contemporary lounge – Jiggera Bar, signature bakery – Lavo & Go, in-room dining, and banquet operations. He is also training chefs to facilitate a collaborative environment in F&B operations.
