Prior to this appointment, he was Sous Chef at Lemon Tree Premier, Mumbai. Beginning his career with The Oberoi, New Delhi, Chef Harjyot has been extensively associated with The Oberoi Group at different locations in the country in various capacities.
He acquired his culinary expertise through renowned hospitality brands like The Oberoi Group (The Oberoi New Delhi, Trident Nariman Point and Oberoi Flight Services), Marriott Hotels (Westin Pune and Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar) and Lemon Tree Premier, Mumbai.
