Brigade Group reported a total revenue of ₹1,623 Crores and Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹206 Crores in Q3 FY26. Net bookings in the real estate segment for Q3 FY26 stood at 1.33 Mn sqft with a sale value of ₹1,750 Crores. Collections for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹1,760 Crores.

Real Estate Performance
During the quarter, real estate revenue stood at ₹1,133 Crores as against ₹1,103 Crores in Q3 FY25, registering a growth of 3%. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹170 Crores.
In Q3 FY26, pre-sales volume stood at 1.33 Mn sqft valued at ₹1,750 Crores. Real estate collections stood at ₹1,258 Crores.
Leasing Performance
During the quarter, leasing revenue stood at ₹325 Crores, a growth of 16% compared to Q3 FY25. EBITDA stood at ₹231 Crores.
The portfolio’s occupancy stood at 93%, with overall leasing of 8.61 Mn sqft out of 9.29 Mn sqft.
Hospitality Performance
During the quarter, hospitality revenue stood at ₹165 Crores, a growth of 12% compared to Q3 FY25. EBITDA stood at ₹58 Crores.
Q3 FY26 Consolidated Financial Highlights
Revenue in Q3 FY26 grew by 6% to ₹1,623 Crores as against ₹1,530 Crores in Q3 FY25. EBITDA stood at ₹459 Crores in Q3 FY26. PAT stood at ₹206 Crores in Q3 FY26.
9M FY26 Consolidated Financial Highlights
Revenue in 9M FY26 grew by 16% to ₹4,386 Crores as against ₹3,781 Crores in 9M FY25. EBITDA in 9M FY26 grew by 4% to ₹1,209 Crores as against ₹1,166 Crores in 9M FY25.
PAT in 9M FY26 grew by 24% to ₹534 Crores as against ₹431 Crores in 9M FY25.
