Amit Soni takes over as the General Manager of Ummed Jodhpur Palace Resort and Spa

Amit Soni, General Manager, Ummed Jodhpur Palace Resort and Spa

His association with The Ummed Jodhpur has him actively involved and responsible for a gamut of strategic and dynamic initiatives for the hotel that includes spearheading business development, operations and administration with his core strength lying in resort operations and sales and marketing.

Amit started his career as Catering Assistant with The Imperial New Delhi in 2000 and had worked his way up through grit and determination, to become the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager with Shiv Vilas, Jaipur in 2011. In between, he was associated with renowned brands such as ITC Maurya, ITC Maratha, Radisson MBD and ITC Mughal

His last assignment before his current position was as the F&B Manager of Indiana Palace Jodhpur from 2017.
