Signum Hotels & Resorts has appointed Chef Amitabh Choudhury as their Corporate Chef for the brand. He will be responsible for blending the contemporary eating habits with the authenticity of traditional flavors.
With over 25 years of experience and associated with industry stalwarts like The Oberoi, Jaypee, The Golden Palms Hotel, Renascence TISCO-Oman, Muscat and Taj hotels, Chef Amitabh has now joined Signum. His culinary skills and immense knowledge of global cuisines has won him several accolades at prestigious food awards – South East Asia Bass Hotels Best Chef, Best chef award from L&T petroleum Gujarat, Hyderabad Chef Competition, Young chef of the year from Bass international, Innovative plating award– Hyderabad, Chef of the year – Sarovar Hotels & Resorts and catering to the likes of celebrities and ministers like Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Khan and Hrithik Roshan.
