Rajni Sanas joins Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan as their HR Manager

Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan has announced the appointment of Rajni Sanas as their Human Resources Manager. With a deft hand in performance management, recruitment, selection, training and development, Sanas has been known for bringing out the best in an employee. A young achiever, Sanas brings with her a rich experience of over 12 years in Human Resources and has worked with prominent companies like Marriott International, Keys Klub Parc Estique to name a few. Her last assignment was with Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru. In her new capacity, she will look into Courtyard by Marriott Pune, Chakan’s recruitment, employee relation management, conducting and coordinating training programmes, managing performances.
