Crowne Plaza Jaipur Hotel, a member of Intercontinental Hotels Group, has appointed Nishesh Seth as its new Executive Chef.
He has hospitality experience with several luxury brands including Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Marriot International.
Chef Seth moves to Crowne Plaza Jaipur from Crowne Plaza Gurugram. He will head all of the hotel’s culinary operations including its two signature restaurants, The Royal Root and House of Han. “I know that people in Jaipur love their food which makes me even more excited to treat them with an ultimate experience”, Executive Chef Nishesh Seth said.
