The Turbochef Fire provides an artisan-hearth style pizza experience while cooking at temperatures up to 842°F (450°C). It can cook 14-inch fresh dough pizzas in as little as 90 seconds. With an integral catalytic converter for ventless operation, the Turbochef has an independent top and bottom electronic temperature control and top and bottom convection motors. It comes with a removable bottom access panel for easy cleaning and 6 pre-set timers.
