An industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Sudeep has built a career spanning roles in the US and India, covering brand management, asset management, strategy, planning, and real estate development.
Before joining IHG, he served as Vice President, Acquisitions & Development for South Asia at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s footprint across the region. His earlier experience with Starwood in New York involved developing strategic growth plans aligned with consumer trends and collaborating with real estate developers in North America. At IHG, Sudeep continues to leverage this global experience to drive the company’s regional strategy, focusing on sustainable growth, brand diversification, and market leadership across South West Asia.
