Noche, the latest addition to One Golden Mile’s experiential hub, brings a futuristic update into the mesmerizing world of color and art, both visual and tasteful. A venture of First Fiddle Restaurants by Priyank Sukhija, the parent company of renowned brands such as Lord of the Drinks, MisoSexy, Bougie, Diablo, Lazeez Affaire, and more, Noche is introducing a Latin touch that the city has never witnessed before.

Sensory Indulgences
Keeping in line with the Latin influences prevalent throughout the outlet, Noche’s menu offers sensory indulgences that extend the artistic experience of the ambiance onto your plate. Creating a ‘Fiesta of Flavours’, the progressive Latin menu has been exclusively curated by award-winning chef, Priyam Chatterjee; the only Indian to have been honored with France’s Ordre du Mérite Agricole. Adding a touch of his roots to the dishes, he brings his perception of Latin cuisine and merges it with what the two cultures are best known for: communal eating with fun and laughter. Flaunting dishes that scream Latin places with the attitude of Indian streets, the must-try signatures include Buff Tartare, Achari Lamb Shoulder Pibil, and Pork in Coorgi Ghee Roast.

Flying all the way from Spain, Giuseppe ‘Papi’ Stasi, best known for his brand TrashTalk based in Barcelona, is collaborating with Noche to take the concept of artisanal cocktails up a notch.
Exclusively recreating popular Caribbean cocktails with a spice of India, Giuseppe has curated a range of signature concoctions that promise to give you complete liquor therapy at Noche, including his favorites Trash Talk G&T, Van Van Colada, and El Grito.

Creating a whirlwind romance between vision, taste, sound, and touch, this artisanal restaurant brings together the warmth of Latin countries with the oomph of the culture to the capital. Get ready to immerse yourself in the captivating art we call Noche!
Artistic Interiors
Literally meaning ‘the time between sunset and sunrise’, Noche reflects its namesake in its decor, ambience, and vibe. Flaunting a rush of colours in hues of the evening skies, the cocktail bar expands over 4000 sq ft, featuring indoor as well as outdoor seating that can house over 100 patrons. Welcoming you to a unique world of art, the mosaic compass at the entrance invites you to navigate the world in your own way.

The design genius of Bent Chair, a decor, and furniture brand best known for its eccentric designs, Noche creates an experience that is immersive for art lovers yet casually quirky for others. Borrowing inspiration from the great artists and creators of the world, including Salvador Dali, Yayoi Kusama, Pierre Cartier, and more, this arte y restaurante uses Bent Chair’s latest lateral ‘Bent Surfaces’ to create awe-spiring designs such as the 8-corner star flooring, the translucent marble patterns in the outdoor bar, and the indoor backlit bar. Complementing the lights of the indoor bar is a complex layout of mirrors at the back and ceiling, creating an infinite loop of reflections.

Taking a conscious decision to not intimidate those who aren’t well versed with art and its history, Bent Chair introduced casual elements to the décor, primarily seen in the pencils used at the outlet, the flying sunflower painting over the stairs and the astronauts hanging from the ceiling lights. It found its muse in jewels, using the inspiration in their jeweled mirrors at the entrance as well as the outdoor bar, ‘Dreaming Jewels’, designed after the Tutti Frutti Bracelet by Cartier.
