How exactly was Evoke Experiences involved in Anant Ambani’s pre-wedding festivities in Jamnagar? What was your contribution to the wedding?
We meticulously orchestrated and established luxury tents for the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani in Jamnagar. As elegantly captured in a brief video shared by Saina Nehwal on Instagram, each tent, covering an extensive area of 900 square feet, epitomized royal and luxurious living. The tents were furnished with an array of opulent amenities, designed to deliver an unparalleled experience to the attendees. This included lavish four-poster beds, luxurious seating arrangements, air conditioning, and advanced entertainment systems, with every aspect thoughtfully selected to maximize comfort and luxury.
What was the brief given to you by the Ambanis? And how did you go about curating the entire setup?
The pre-wedding celebration was a private event in nature; however, everything was smoothly executed with details to perfection. Regarding the briefing, the Ambani family specified a preference for eco-friendly accommodation that provides top-tier amenities. This selection is intended to complement their pre-wedding theme, while also maintaining a standard of luxury. The guest list boasted of illustrious personalities from various fields including sports and entertainment, with celebrities like Hardik Pandya, Kunal Pandya, Dwayne Bravo, Nicholas Pooran, Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav, Rashid Khan, and Rohit Sharma, among others, experiencing the luxury firsthand.

How long did you’ll take to put together the tents?
The setup of tents took only 10 days; and all the tents were done with a well-appointed living room furnished with a royal sofa set, a posh master bedroom, a spacious dressing room, an attached bathroom, a delightful private dining area, and amenities such as air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV etc.
Was there anything specific you’ll factored in for the international guests?
Our tents are crafted to meet the exclusive needs of VIPs and affluent individuals. Our experience includes providing top-tier hospitality services to notable figures such as the Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Rann Utsav, and more recently, to international dignitaries like Bill Gates at our Statue of Unity Tent City -1.
