The International Hospitality Council, London, in association with International Institute of Hotel Management, one of the world’s largest hotel school chain has pioneered the Young Chef Olympiad since 2015 with a vision to give young student chefs from around the world a platform to showcase their skills and compete at the global level.
Every year, over 50 countries have participated in this Olympiad spread across six cities and spanning over seven days with the grand finale being held in the iconic city of Kolkata.
The Young Chef Olympiad will celebrate its ninth year in 2023, with awards recognizing different aspects of culinary arts and the overall winner receiving the highly acclaimed gold medal.
