Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa, Udaipur hosts the meeting of the Sustainable Financial Working Group (SFWG) under G20 presidency

This is a three-day event from 21st March to 23rd March 2023

The SFWG, one of the important divisions under G20, aims to mobilize sustainable finance as the pathway to global growth and as a channel of promoting the transition towards greener, cleaner, resilient and inclusive societies and economies. The ongoing event is expected to receive participation from 100+ delegates from G2O’s member countries, guest countries and various international organizations.

Most delegates reached a day before on the 20th March and had a leisure day to settle down and ease out with a casual dinner in Neelmahal with artists playing flute and tabla. The first & second day of the conference was power packed with an extensive itinerary of a daylong session from 8:30 am to 6 pm.

While Day 1 dinner was a Grand welcome dinner hosted at the Rooftop, hotel arranged a special cultural performance by the local artists playing Sarangi and Jaltarag, Day 2 the delegates were taken out for an outdoor dinner experience.

Third day was rather relaxed with concluding remarks and wrap up session in the first half followed by a city excursion and farewell dinner to beautifully wrap up the 3 days summit and bid adieu to the participating delegates.

Celebrity Chef Rakesh Sethi along with the property’s Executive Chef, Manish Sharma, are managing the food and beverage preparations for the event along with the assistance of 150 chefs.

A 7-course meal had been curated for the event, wherein the menu has the right balance of global cuisines keeping in mind the palate of the international visitors, along with some of the popular Indian regional dishes with a special focus on authentic Rajasthani delicacies. These include dishes like dal baati churma, lassi, ker sangri, lal maas, junglee maas, etc.
