Lemon Tree to open a new hotel in the Coaching Capital of India, Kota

Scheduled to open in FY25, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kota, will boast 58 rooms, banquets, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre

Lemon Tree Hotels signs a new hotel in Rajasthan, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kota. The property, expected to open in FY 2025, will feature 58 rooms, a restaurant, banquets, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and other public areas. Carnations Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, will manage the operations of the hotel.

Kota, situated along the Chambal River in Rajasthan, is a fusion of historical allure and contemporary vibrancy. Renowned as the ‘Coaching Capital of India’, it draws numerous students annually who seek success in competitive exams. Beyond its academic prominence, Kota boasts a wealth of heritage, including magnificent forts, tranquil palaces, and bustling markets. This city provides a distinctive experience for visitors, blending the excitement of academic endeavours with the enchantment of Rajasthani traditions.

Accessible from all modes of transport, Kota Airport is about 2 km away, while Jaipur International Airport is about 246 km from the property. Kota Junction Railway Station is about 10 km away. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.
