Lemon Tree Hotels expands footprint with new property in Motihari

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited launched its latest managed property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Motihari, on October 31, 2025. This launch marks another milestone in the brand’s expansion across Eastern India and further reinforces its presence in Bihar, where it has one operational property.

Contemporary Comfort and Design

The hotel features 50 well-appointed rooms and suites designed for comfort and functionality. In the first phase, 32 rooms, along with Citrus Café, the multi-cuisine restaurant, and banquet spaces including Tangerine Grand 1, Tangerine Grand 2, and a Boardroom, as well as a spa, fitness center, and swimming pool, will be operational.

Expanding Offerings in the Second Phase

The second phase will introduce the remaining 18 rooms, along with Kebab Theater, a modern Indian speciality restaurant serving authentic kebabs, tikkas, and regional delicacies, and an additional banquet hall, Tangerine.
