IHG® Hotels & Resorts signs a management agreement with Siddhya Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd. for the development of Holiday Inn Resort Kufri. The signing aligns with IHG’s expansion strategy in India and builds on its commitment to providing diverse and exceptional hospitality experiences across leisure destinations in the country.
Set to open in January 2026, Holiday Inn Resort Kufri will deliver a holiday experience that caters to both leisure and corporate guests.
The new-build resort will be situated in one of the most scenic towns, Kufri, which is known for its breathtaking mountain and forest views. Enhancing the guest experience, Holiday Inn Resort Kufri will be situated on a hilltop and will offer panoramic views of the mountains. The resort’s prime location will also offer easy access to key destinations, ensuring a seamless travel experience. The resort will be well poised to cater to the robust demand from independent travellers; meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions (MICE); and wedding segments throughout the year.
Holiday Inn Resort Kufri will feature 100 well-appointed keys, including 10 exclusive suites. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options with four F&B outlets: an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge and bar, a destination bar, and a pool bar. For social gatherings and corporate meetings, the resort will be equipped with four versatile meeting and event spaces, including a grand ballroom to accommodate high demand from the wedding segment. For guests to unwind and relax, there will be a fully equipped gym, a pool, and retail spaces.
