Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) announced the signing of a resort in Sawai Madhopur district in Rajasthan under the iconic Taj brand. This is a greenfield project.
Partnership for a new venture

Resort design and features
Nestled in the wilderness, the 75-key wildlife resort includes suites and villas with private courtyards and plunge pools. The property will have an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a bar, and a safari lounge.
The resort also features meeting spaces, a heated swimming pool, a spa, a fitness centre, and a salon. Following IHCL’s ESG+ framework of Paathya, it will incorporate solar-powered amenities, rainwater harvesting systems, and locally sourced sustainable materials.
