Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has announced the signing of a landmark hotel management agreement with Luxmi Tea Co Private Limited for the development of THE Park Siliguri, a 100-room design-led destination set within the historic Chandmani Tea Estate in Siliguri, West Bengal.
Development under West Bengal’s Tea Tourism Policy
Developed under the Tea Tourism Policy of the Government of West Bengal, the hotel will be set within approximately 3.25 acres. The hotel is proposed to be completed by March 2031.
Strengthening ASPHL’s presence in West Bengal
With this addition, ASPHL reinforces its strong footprint in West Bengal, where it currently operates THE Park Kolkata at Park Street, two Zone by The Park Hotels, and one Zone Connect by The Park, in addition to the recently signed THE Park Kolkata at EM Bypass, deepening its roots in the state where the brand began its journey in 1967.
