Hospitality Industry Outlook
Goa’s tourism sector is shifting towards a high-value segment, moving away from mass tourism (‘minibus tourist’s) and focusing on luxury travelers who contribute more to the local economy. With government initiatives to enhance transportation and infrastructure, Goa is set to transform into a luxury destination akin to Southeast Asia.
Advani Hotel’s occupancy of 81.3% in 9M FY24 has surpassed the industry average, with strong growth expected in leisure, weddings, and MICE segments.
