“FY25 to be a transformative year”: Chander K Baljee of ROHL

Royal Orchid Hotels Limited consolidated an income of ₹82.30 cr in FY24 with a 12% increase in annual revenue

Royal Orchid Hotels Limited announced its consolidated results today for Q4 FY23–24 as approved by its Board of Directors.

Key financial highlights:     

Highlights of Q4 FY 23–24 vs Q4 FY 22–23 (Consolidated)

  • Total Income: Rs 82.30 cr vs Rs 76.54 cr indicating a 7.5% increment
  • EBIDTA: Rs 23.87 cr vs Rs 25.81 cr indicating a 7.5% decrease
  • PAT: Rs 16.69 cr vs  Rs 13.12 cr indicating an increase of 27%
  • EPS: Rs 6.06 vs Rs 4.62

Highlights of FY 23-24 vs FY 22-23 (Consolidated)

  • Total Income: Rs 312.70 cr vs Rs 279.69 cr indicating an increase of 12%
  • EBIDTA: Rs 95.16 cr vs Rs 98.03 cr indicating a decrease of 3%
  • PAT: Rs 50.82 cr vs  Rs 49.22 cr indicating a 3% increment
  • EPS: Rs 17.68 vs Rs 17.15

IND-AS adoption led to a notional increase in depreciation and finance costs of Rs 21.61 cr leading to a reduction in PAT of Rs 4.69 cr at the standalone level (SA) for FY 23–24.

“Our financial performance remains robust, with a 12% increase in our consolidated annual revenue for this fiscal year compared to the same period last year. Additionally, we have reported a 27% jump in PAT for Q4FY24 compared to the same period last year. Our EPS remains strong and our debt has been significantly reduced, reflecting our commitment to maintaining a healthy balance sheet,” commented Amit Jaiswal, Chief Financial Officer.
