The Royal Gardenia, ITC Hotels’ upcoming Bengaluru property is coming online from October 1 to take advantage of the local tax breaks. The opening of the 300-room hotel has been repeatedly pushed back from the beginning of this year due to project delays, but ITC is determined to open on October 1.
It will be a soft launch of only a section of the rooms and facilities, according to the company. A schedule for the full scale opening has not been disclosed.
Situated at No.1 Residency Road and overlooking the century-old Bangalore Club, the hotel is an 11-storeyed building with close to 300 rooms, ITC’s restaurant brands and the group’s Kaya Kalp Spa brand.
