Before the pandemic, 90 per cent of the brand’s business was with the HoReCa sector, raking in close to 25 Lakhs in monthly sales. Post-pandemic the business grew diverse with 40 per cent coming from the retail sector and 60 per cent from the HoReCa sector. In the last few months, the brand has raised close to INR 5 Crores and has opened a new production plant in Pune increasing their daily production capacity five times from 250 kilos to 1.2 tons. This increased production capacity, along with funds raised has enabled Cremeitalia to spread their supply chain to Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets and furnish small orders going directly to the customers.

Their entry into the D2C and strengthening distribution into the markets of Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities is aided by the launch of their own website.
