Udman Hotels & Resorts, a distinguished name in boutique and luxury hospitality, appointed Vaibhav Verma as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will play a pivotal role in steering the brand to the next phase of strategic growth, which includes an ambitious expansion plan to increase the portfolio from seven boutique and luxury hotels to 50 within the next five years.
Vaibhav’s proven track record in managing and leading teams and designing robust policies and processes positions him perfectly to guide the brand through this transformative period. His understanding of business development and market dynamics, coupled with his expertise in operational excellence, will be instrumental in ensuring that Udman’s ethos of luxury, comfort, personalised service, and guest experience remains at the heart of every initiative.
In his career spanning 28 years, he held pivotal positions with brands such as Bestwestern, Business World Magazine, Accor Hotels, ITC Fortune Hotels, JHM Interstate Hotels, Taiping Carpets, and Jaypee Hotels. His pre-opening and operational experience was demonstrated while launching properties like Four Points by Sheraton in Jaipur, Pune, Vishakhapatnam, Khyber, and Gulmarg, among others. His most recent role was as Chief Revenue Officer at juSTA Hotels and Resorts.
