As Radisson Hotel Group continues to expand its hotel portfolio in South Asia, the Group is evolving its operating model to drive greater efficiencies and deliver stronger performance across markets.

As part of this evolution, Radisson Hotel Group announces two key leadership appointments within its Managed Hotels Operational Leadership Team.

Vikram Berry appointed Senior Regional Director, Central & East India

Vikram Berry brings over 25 years of leadership experience across luxury hotels, global hospitality chains, and brand management. Prior to this role, he served as the Area Director, Marketing and Communication, South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group, where he spearheaded marketing strategy, digital initiatives, CRM, and brand portfolio compliance for the region.

Previously, Vikram held senior leadership positions at Indian Hotels Company Limited (Taj Hotels), serving as General Manager for Taj View, Agra and The Connaught, New Delhi, as well as Director of Sales & Marketing at the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi. His professional journey also includes stints with Accor, Radisson Blu Dwarka, Mayar Hotels & Resorts, and hospitality ventures across Europe.

Recognized for his expertise in brand growth, commercial strategy, and guest experience excellence, Vikram has led multiple hotel pre-openings, turnarounds, and marketing innovations. His cross-functional expertise across sales, revenue, marketing, and operations positions him as a key leader driving Radisson Hotel Group’s growth vision in South Asia.

Faisal Nafees appointed Senior Regional Director, West & South India

With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Faisal Nafees has been an integral part of Radisson Hotel Group for more than six years. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala, where he positioned the property as an ICON Hotel within the Group’s South Asia portfolio.

Under his leadership, the resort gained acclaim for its exceptional service standards, innovative F&B concepts, and immersive guest engagement programs — achievements that earned Faisal multiple “Center of Excellence” General Manager Awards from Radisson Hotel Group.

Before assuming his current role, Faisal successfully led pre-opening projects for Radisson Kufri and Radisson Resort Goa Baga. His career includes leadership roles with prestigious global hospitality brands, including Small Luxury Hotels of the World and properties honored with the Michelin Key award.

At Lebua Hotels & Resorts, he oversaw multi-property operations across India and Thailand, including Lebua Bangkok, home to Michelin-starred dining venues. There, he collaborated with celebrated chefs to elevate the property’s culinary excellence and drive substantial revenue growth.

Recognized among Asia’s Top Hospitality Icons and a multiple-time General Manager of the Year, Faisal embodies innovation, sustainability, and people-centric leadership in hospitality.
