Mirah Hospitality & Gourmet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Amit Jambotkar as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective December 2025. A seasoned professional with over 28 years of experience across the hospitality and food & beverage sectors, Jambotkar returns to the organization after previously serving as Vice President – Operations.

Extensive leadership across F&B and entertainment
Before rejoining Mirah Hospitality, Jambotkar served as Director in his independent capacity from 2017 to 2025. His recent corporate assignment includes his role as Vice President – Food & Beverage at Shott Amusement Limited, where he spearheaded F&B strategy across a nationwide portfolio of amusement and entertainment destinations. He earlier held senior leadership positions at JSM Corporation as Director – Operations West, managing flagship brands such as Asilo, Hard Rock Cafe, Shiro, and California Pizza Kitchen.
Shaping iconic hospitality brands
Amit’s career features pivotal contributions to some of India’s most influential and trendsetting hospitality brands. At Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality, he played an instrumental role in shaping and scaling the iconic Social and AntiSocial brands across Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai. He also oversaw celebrated concepts including Salt Water Grill, Salt Water Café, The Tasting Room, Stone Water Grill, and Smokehouse Deli during his tenure managing their fine dine division.
Global exposure and large-scale operations
Over the years, he has also contributed to the growth of globally respected institutions such as Hyatt Regency and Jumeirah Group, along with managing large-scale operations at Reliance MediaWorks.
