New Leaders Joining the LHG Family
Praveen Sharma, Corporate Human Resources Manager
With over 13 years of HR experience, Sharma is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and has held senior roles at Radisson and ITC Hotels. His people-centered leadership will focus on strengthening LHG’s inclusive culture and talent-first practices.
Davendra Bali, General Manager, Auradoon, Dehradun
Bali brings 17 years of expertise in pre-opening leadership and operational excellence, having served with Sterling Resorts and Sarovar Hotels. He will lead the launch of Auradoon, crafting its guest service philosophy to align with LHG’s experiential ethos.
Suryaveer Singh Sarangdewat, Operations Manager – Royal Heritage Haveli, Jaipur
With over 11 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry, Sarangdewat brings proven expertise in hotel operations and guest relations. He has been associated with several acclaimed boutique and heritage properties.
Karan Deep Rathi, General Manager – Brij Eternity, Vrindavan
With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in hospitality, Rathi brings a distinguished track record in pre-opening management, guest engagement, and team leadership. He has worked with renowned brands including Radisson, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn, and Tree of Life Resorts, where he most recently served as General Manager – Pre-Opening & Hotel Support.
